Essie’s Tart Deco is also a crème formula that I’ve discussed before, and it is a coral with strong orange tones. The formula is fairly thick, and almost opaque in one coat. Still, I normally use two coats for full opacity, since it does have some slight streaking issues.
Hollywood Walk of Fame is a clear-based formula packed with glitter microbars and glittery stars in silver, blue, gold, red, and purple. The stars often settle to the bottom of this polish, and do require some fishing to remove and they do require some positioning to look good on the nail. Still, it’s quite a funky polish, and I don’t have anything like it in my collection.
As you can see, the stars do need some help being positioned – I did this with the nail polish brush, and a little toothpick.
What do you think? Would you wear Hollywood Walk of Fame? What’s your favorite glitter?
